Net Impact's Speaker Series
We engage and connect our members with knowledgeable speakers from mission-driven organizations such as Rainforest Alliance, B Lab, Bain Capital, Goldman Sachs, Share Meals, and UBS to inspire our future leaders and build socially responsible networks. The speaker series includes panels, hands-on technical workshops, in-session social impact and entrepreneurship challenges, national innovation competitions, and internship information sessions. We welcome undergraduates from all NYU colleges.
Net Impact's N.I.C.E. Consulting
Net Impact Collaborative Experience is a student-run program that offers consulting services to socially responsible organizations based in New York. It is currently open to all undergraduates at NYU who are interested in consulting and/or social impact and meets once a week at Tisch Hall.
Our semester-long Service Learning program partners teams of students with nonprofit organizations, giving students the opportunity to gain first-hand experience tackling social/environmental issues around New York City. We also plan one-time volunteering events for larger groups throughout the semester.
Our mentorship program pairs underclassmen with upperclassmen in Net Impact who offer advice regarding the social impact space, internship opportunities, course recommendations, and more in an informal, one-on-one setting. This program is renewed at the beginning of each school year.
